Dr. Buggie does not participate in any insurance plans. He is considered an out-of-network provider. Patients pay Dr. Buggie directly for their treatment at the time of each visit or prepaid online with Square . He accepts cash, Venmo/Square Cash & credit cards including FSA/HSA cards.
At the end of each month, he can provide an itemized statement called a “superbill” which you can submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement consideration. The app Reimbursify can also help simplify & expedite the reimbursement process.

Cancellation Policy
Dr. Buggie maintains a 48 hour cancellation policy. Missed visits or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
Please be mindful that late cancellations or no shows prevent Dr. Buggie from seeing other patients.
Dr. Buggie tries to be extremely flexible with accommodating appointments through early morning, late night & weekend availabilities. It's also very easy to book & reschedule appointments with Square Appointments which provides automated appointment reminders by email & text.
